Bill passed with minor amendments out of Assembly Human Services with a 5-0-1 (abstain) vote and moves on to Assembly Appropriations.

Author agreed to proposed amendments to elimate the competative bidding while still codifying the program. Bill passed out of Assembly Human Services committee with a 6-0 vote and moves on to Assembly Appropriations Committee.
